Located on an elegant 26 seat rail car, in a small town in rural New Brunswick- typical- this restaurant is NOT. An experience, an evening, a "vacation" - that's what we aim to provide. A chance to savour flavours, to sample great wines and to be treated a little extra special. A place where you can create your own experience. Owned by local Sara Caines who will be your hostess, with the creations of chef Jeff MacLean, a native of Nova Scotia, our passion for the business will be evident from the moment you arrive until you leave. Your time at fresh is important to us. We feel it is essential to slow down sometimes and appreciate the little details in life. We provide just the place for that.
