Fresh, in Florenceville-Bristol, is one of 13 restaurants and five hotels in Atlantic Canada that have achieved CAA/AAA Four Diamond status for 2011. Fresh joins two Moncton restaurants, the Windjammer Dining Room in Hotel Beauséjour and Little Louis', as the sole New Brunswick honourees.
